The depth and width of this road surface damage create an immediate hazard that could potentially cause vehicle suspension damage, tire punctures, or create dangerous conditions for cyclists navigating the street. The exposed road base suggests potential further deterioration if not promptly addressed.

I urgently request a thorough inspection and immediate repair of this road surface to prevent potential accidents or further infrastructure damage.
